A newly constructed mews house has transformed a constrained site, once occupied by a garage, within the architecturally sensitive conservation area of Edinburgh’s New Town. Despite the limited footprint, the design accommodates two double bedrooms and a shower room on the first floor, with an open-plan living area on the ground floor that opens to a private rear garden. This project was completed in 2020 and successfully sold in 2024.
